This G601 is 72cm built-in gas hob that combines one professional aluminum gas burner and one copper burner with nine burner caps for an outstanding flexibility and ergonomic design. One 5.2 kW crown super power gas burner and one 4.5KW allow you to cook everything you can think of with fuel of your choice. This ALK stainless steel gas hob comes with robust cast iron pan supports, ergonomic metal knobs with integrated electronic ignition for independent crown regulation, thermocouple gas cut-off safety device and child lock safety device. 

To help protect the gas hob from spills and stains that may occur with high-temperature cooking, and to ensure they will look clean and bright longer, the new models feature cook shield, a permanent finish that makes it easy to wipe surfaces clean without harsh chemicals.
